The financial structure of the franchise partnership

The financial model is clear. Ivybridge HQ collects client fees and manages the financial administration. Agreed marketing and direct listing costs are deducted first. The remaining profit is then shared. Your company receives eighty per cent. Ivybridge HQ receives twenty per cent. This ensures both sides are aligned and invested in the success of each instruction and each region. You receive your share through your own company, giving you full control over how your income is managed.
