Our Franchise Partnership Programme is designed for individuals and teams who want to build a respected premium estate agency in their region, supported by a trusted national brand and a central team that manages marketing, compliance and operational administration. Before you begin your application

We want each partner to succeed in their territory, and we are selective about who joins the network. Before applying, please consider whether the following statements reflect your position and ambitions:

  • You want to build a long term premium estate agency in your region
  • You value integrity, clarity and a high standard of client service
  • You are comfortable meeting clients at director level
  • You can manage your own time and territory with discipline
  • You understand your local property market or are willing to learn it deeply
  • You can support yourself financially during the early months while your pipeline develops

What we look for in an Ivybridge franchise partner

We appoint partners who can represent The Ivybridge Collection with confidence, care and professionalism. We look for people who demonstrate:

  • Strong communication skills and presence
  • Experience in leadership, consultancy or client facing roles
  • An ability to remain calm and structured in high value conversations
  • A genuine interest in architecture, design and premium homes
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Long term motivation rather than short term thinking

You do not need estate agency experience, although it can help you progress more quickly. Many of our strongest applicants come from backgrounds in finance, law, consultancy, senior sales or design.

How the application process works

Once you submit your application, it is reviewed personally by one of our directors. If we believe there is strong alignment between your background, your proposed territory and the Ivybridge model, we will invite you to a confidential conversation.

If several applicants express interest in the same territory, we will proceed only with the person or team who we believe will best represent the brand.

  • Your name and contact information
  • Your current role and relevant experience
  • Your proposed territory or region
  • Your reasons for wanting to join The Ivybridge Collection
  • Your understanding of premium homes in your region
  • Whether you are applying individually or as a two person team
  • Any initial questions you would like to discuss

All information is reviewed in confidence and is not shared outside our director team.

This discussion focuses on alignment, territory suitability and your long term goals. It is also your opportunity to ask deeper questions about support, systems and regional potential.

If both sides agree to proceed, we will begin territory assessment, onboarding and the preparation needed to launch your region successfully.
