You do not need estate agency experience, although it can help you progress more quickly. Many of our strongest applicants come from backgrounds in finance, law, consultancy, senior sales or design.
Once you submit your application, it is reviewed personally by one of our directors. If we believe there is strong alignment between your background, your proposed territory and the Ivybridge model, we will invite you to a confidential conversation.
If several applicants express interest in the same territory, we will proceed only with the person or team who we believe will best represent the brand.
