The Ivybridge Collection is expanding across the United Kingdom through a carefully structured partnership model that gives Regional Directors the platform to build their own premium estate agency. Each territory is selected for its long term potential, supported by a national framework that provides clarity, operational confidence and a consistent standard of presentation for significant homes. You operate your own limited company under The Ivybridge Collection brand. Ivybridge HQ supports you with marketing, creative production, compliance, portal management and sales progression. You focus on client relationships, valuations, viewings and negotiation. How the Ivybridge franchise partnership works

The structure is simple and transparent. Ivybridge HQ handles client billing, deducts the agreed marketing and direct listing costs, and then divides the remaining profit. Your company receives eighty per cent of that profit. Ivybridge HQ retains twenty per cent. All distributions are made to you through your own limited company. This creates an aligned incentive. You build your reputation and territory. We provide the systems, support and creative capability behind every instruction. Your responsibilities within your territorial region

As a franchise partner, your work focuses on activities that directly influence the client experience and the success of each sale. These include:

  • Negotiating offers and guiding clients through decisions

What Ivybridge HQ manages for you

The central team supports you with all operational and administrative responsibilities. These include:

  • Client onboarding and compliance checks
  • Document management and financial processing
  • Portal management across Rightmove, Zoopla and other platforms
  • Sales progression and communication with lawyers and buyers
  • Creative production including photography, film and brochures
  • Marketing support and ongoing lead generation

This allows you to focus on clients and territory development without being pulled into day to day administration.

No upfront franchise fees or hidden costs

We do not charge franchise licence fees. We do not require a shopfront. We do not impose fixed monthly franchise charges. Instead, the model is based on shared success. You earn through completed transactions, supported by a central team that invests in your region and your long term growth. You will need working capital for the early stages of your launch, but the core systems, brand infrastructure and marketing assets are provided as part of the partnership model. These include areas of Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Devon, Cornwall, The Cotswolds, Oxfordshire, Cheshire, Cambridgeshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and North Yorkshire.
