What is included in your fee?
Every client receives the full Ivybridge Formula. This covers valuation strategy, styling advice, a three person photography and styling team, film production, brochures, individual property branding, advertising, viewings led by Robert and Nicola, and complete sales progression management.
Are there any extra costs for photography, film, or brochures?
No. All premium production and marketing elements are included within your selected fee structure. You will not be charged extra for photography, brochures, or film.

Yes. Equestrian properties require a tailored strategy that considers land quality, facilities, access, and the equestrian lifestyle. We offer a dedicated service and bespoke pricing for these homes.
