Why are your fees higher than traditional estate agents?
Our service includes director involvement from valuation through to completion, full home styling, professional film, lifestyle photography, luxury brochures, targeted marketing, and controlled negotiation. This standard of work protects your property’s value and consistently delivers stronger results.
What is included in your fee?
Every client receives the full Ivybridge Formula. This covers valuation strategy, styling advice, a three person photography and styling team, film production, brochures, individual property branding, advertising, viewings led by Robert and Nicola, and complete sales progression management.
Are there any extra costs for photography, film, or brochures?
No. All premium production and marketing elements are included within your selected fee structure. You will not be charged extra for photography, brochures, or film.
