The Ivybridge Collection was built on a simple conviction: that the sale of a significant home deserves more than a listing, a lockbox and a phone that occasionally rings. It deserves people who care. People who show up. People who have skin in the game.
That's us. We are the directors, the strategists, the ones who answer when you call. Every home we take on is one we have personally said yes to, and every client we work with has our full attention from the first conversation to the day the keys change hands.
Robert's career has spanned property, senior executive leadership and international operations. He began working in property in the early 2000s with Rightmove, based in Sevenoaks, Kent, where he worked specifically with high-value homes and developed a grounding in sales, buyer behaviour and the dynamics of premium property transactions that has stayed with him throughout everything that followed.
From property he moved into senior roles across marketing and finance, before serving as CEO of a humanitarian charity operating across 13 countries. In that role he was responsible for strategy, resource allocation and complex decision-making under genuine pressure, the kind of environment where clarity of judgement and the ability to earn trust quickly are not optional.
He returned to property with a specific purpose: to build an agency that brings that level of strategic rigour and personal accountability to the sale of significant homes, an area of the market where he believes most agencies fall well short.
Today Robert works directly with owners at every stage of the sale. He leads on pricing strategy, market positioning and buyer targeting, and conducts every viewing personally. His approach is direct and analytical.
Sellers across Norfolk and Suffolk consistently tell us the same thing: they always felt in safe hands.

Nicola has lived in Norfolk for more than fifteen years and knows this county well, not just its property market but its character, its villages and the kind of life people are genuinely looking for when they come here or choose to stay.
Her background is in visual merchandising and creative direction, developed through managing a fashion retail environment in London where the presentation of space was directly tied to commercial performance. That experience gave her a disciplined, trained eye for proportion, flow and the details that shape how people feel when they walk into a room.
She brings that same discipline to every home she prepares for market. Before any property goes to photography or film, Nicola works directly with the owners to ensure it is presented at its absolute best. Not staged in a way that feels artificial. Not stripped back until it feels empty. Simply itself, composed and considered, in a way that allows buyers to immediately picture their own life there.
Over many years she has informally styled her own homes and those of friends and family, consistently transforming spaces through careful judgement rather than significant expenditure. At The Ivybridge Collection she applies that same eye professionally, and the results are visible in every property we bring to market.
If you have ever looked at a listing and thought it does not do the home justice, you will understand exactly what Nicola does and why it matters so much at this level.
Between us, we have raised six children, navigated demanding careers, supported each other through genuine hardship and come out the other side with a deep appreciation for what a home really means. Not as an asset. As a place where life happens.
We know that selling a home you love is rarely straightforward, even when you are ready. There is the version you have lived in, the memories attached to every room, and then there is the version a buyer needs to see. Helping you hold both of those things at once, with honesty and care, is something we take seriously.
Whoever you are, and wherever you are in the process, we will treat your move with the same care we would want for our own.
We take on a limited number of homes at any one time. That is not a marketing line. It is the only way we can do this properly.
Every instruction is director-led. You will not be handed to a junior member of the team after the valuation. Robert and Nicola remain your point of contact throughout, which means consistent advice, clear communication and no one needing to be brought up to speed halfway through your sale.
We are based in Norfolk and we work across Norfolk and Suffolk, with a particular focus on distinctive, lifestyle-led homes that respond well to the kind of considered, unhurried marketing we specialise in.
You do not need to be ready to sell. Some of our best relationships begin months before a home comes to market. If you would like an honest, no-pressure conversation about your home, its value and your options, we would be glad to hear from you.
If you are an experienced agent or director and are exploring leadership or ownership opportunities in premium estate agency, these pages explain what we offer.

You don't need to be ready to sell to speak with us. We have quiet, confidential conversations with homeowners across Norfolk and Suffolk every week. About timing, about value, about what the market looks like right now. No obligation. No pressure. Just an honest conversation.
Some owners choose to commission a Strategic Property Report before bringing their home to the market, allowing pricing, positioning and preparation to be considered privately.
