Recruiting Ambitious Area Sales Directors

The Ivybridge Collection is expanding across the United Kingdom through a selective franchise partnership model built around director level leadership, premium presentation and complete operational support. To support this growth, we are appointing Area Sales Directors who will identify, attract and guide high calibre professionals into our Franchise Partnership Programme. This is a senior commercial role suited to individuals who are confident, strategic and highly capable in high value relationship building.

Area Sales Directors earn a fixed commission of £5,000 for each successful franchise appointment, along with an ongoing override from the Ivybridge HQ profit share for every partner they recruit. This creates a meaningful long term income stream while contributing to the national development of a trusted premium brand.

What the role involves

As an Area Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging individuals and teams with the potential to operate as Franchise Partners within The Ivybridge Collection. This includes early stage conversations, guiding prospects through the evaluation process and supporting them through to formal onboarding. You will act as a senior representative of the brand, ensuring applicants understand the standards, expectations and opportunities within a director led luxury estate agency.

Earning structure

Area Sales Directors earn:

  • £5,000 for each successful Franchise Partner they recruit
  • An ongoing override from the Ivybridge HQ twenty percent share for every partner they appoint

This structure rewards thoughtful recruitment, long term alignment and continued support for the partners you bring into the organisation. There is no cap on earnings and no limit to the number of partners you can introduce.
