We are now looking for exceptional Area Sales Directors to recruit and mentor ambitious independent estate agents, helping them scale their business under our premium brand while building a substantial recurring income for themselves.
This role is for high-calibre sales professionals who can and want to grow an exclusive network of agents, secure upfront commissions, and generate ongoing monthly income based on the agents they support.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Recruiting & Onboarding Hungry Agents – Identify and sign up independent estate agents who are ready to take their business to the next level with The Ivybridge Collection.
- Generating Leads & Creating Demand – Use your sales expertise to find, attract, and engage high-performing agents looking to enter the luxury property market.
- Selling a Five-Figure Solution – Present our brand, premium marketing assets, and back-office systems as the ultimate turnkey solution for agents looking to grow their income and listings.
- Closing High-Value Deals – Secure exclusive partnerships with agents who will operate under our brand and benefit from our high-end positioning.
- Building Recurring Income – Earn not just from agent sign-ups, but also an ongoing monthly income based on the number of agents you support. The more agents in your network, the higher your recurring earnings.
