It’s a commercial business partnership — designed for people who want independence with structure, and ownership with the backing of a proven brand.
We collaborate best with motivated teams of two who already have a strong foundation of trust — often life partners, close friends or seasoned collaborators. You don’t need estate agency experience although the more you have, the faster you will scale. What matters most is:
This is ideal for those ready to build something exceptional in their region with our full support — but not under the restrictions of a traditional franchise.
You will operate your own local business under The Ivybridge Collection brand through a bespoke limited company structure.
Your business earns income through client fees and pays a transparent marketing/admin support fee per property sale. Beyond that, we share the profits, 80% of remaining profit is yours, with 20% paid to Ivybridge HQ. All distributions are handled through your own company and paid as dividends or wages.
You are not employed by Ivybridge. You are building your own business together with us as partners.

No Admin Burden: You’re not drowning in paperwork — you’re free to serve clients and win instructions.

The Cotswolds & Oxfordshire – Henley-on-Thames, Chipping Norton, Burford and surrounding villages
Cheshire Golden Triangle – Including Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, and Prestbury
Bath & North East Somerset – Regency architecture and international appeal
South West London Villages – Wimbledon, Richmond, Barnes, Putney, and Twickenham
Cambridgeshire – Especially Cambridge, Ely and the surrounding countryside
Berkshire & Buckinghamshire – Ascot, Marlow, Bray and Cookham
North Yorkshire – Prime addresses in and around Harrogate and York

All business income is earned via client transactions and distributed through your own company in line with our standard partner model.
