We establish and confirm the full chain ASAP, contacting solicitors to ensure they are fully instructed and have all required documents. Solicitors often take up to 48 hours to respond—we chase promptly if they don’t as part of our sales progression process. We also call every other estate agency in the chain to get all the details. It’s a comprehensive and time consuming process.
Week 2: Ongoing Updates & Transparency
Once the chain is confirmed, we provide regular email notifications with live updates. You and your buyer will have complete visibility—so you always know exactly where things stand.
Ongoing Support & Weekly Chasing
We continue to push the chain forward, following up on key milestones ASAP:
